Event: 3rd Round National Championship Race and Crete Championship
The XRAY XB8 Team in Greece had a fine Weekend on April 17th. There were four XRAY XB8s in the A final for the Greek National Championship and some impressive drivers for the Crete Championship the same day.

Starting from the southern Greek island, where an EFRA GP will be held in September, Belibasakis, the local hotshot tried hard and won the race with his XRAY. So we had already a First Place! Back in Athens, after a long day with many competitors and spectators, the results were more than expected!

The championship still has a long way, with the next national race in Crete and then off to a brand new track in Northern Greece, Macedonia, Thessaloniki.
Right before the A, the B Final was won by Makropoulos after some big battles on the track. So we had another first place!

The A Final had a 30 minutes time. We had some of the best racing action so far with the top 3 drivers separated by only a few seconds for the entire duration of the race!
After a flameout by Theologitis, Agrafiotis and Tsigos knew they had something and pushed their cars to the limits. They exchanged the lead several times and after the last refueling (which went very well for Agrafiotis thanks to Korres Team) Agrafiotis stayed in front and won the race, impressing even himself! "Unbeleivable," he quoted!

So we had a Big First Place! Louis finished 7th after losing 2 places in the last corner, and Malisovas in his first A Final for 2005 only managed to retire in the first lap after someone crashed into him at full speed! The cars had a good setup thanks to advice by team manager Malisovas and good support from Louis and Korres Team.
